The area of his professional interests covers energy audits of public as well as residential buildings, street lighting systems and industrial facilities. Mr. Tsughunyan was engaged in the development of the national regulatory framework for building energy passports and building energy performance assessment based on the relevant EU regulations/standards. Furthermore, Mr. Tsughunyan was a member of the working group for elaboration of Armenian national standards on energy audits methodology and basic rules for energy passports. Mr. Tsughunyanhas sound experience in the provision of trainings on buildings energy performance assessment and energy auditing.
